This Passover week our diners are having fried matzah, or matzah brei, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's so good! I like to eat it with sugar sprinkled on top, but others prefer jelly or syrup. How do you like it?

Matzah Brei
You know when Passover is around the corner when the regulars at Max and Benny's start ordering matzah brei for breakfast on a regular basis. Matzah brei, or fried matzah in Yiddish, is basically matzah soaked with water which is then mixed with eggs and fried in butter. It's so good! I like to eat it with sugar, but others like it with jelly or syrup.
